For orders within North America, shipping takes 6-12 business days. For international orders, it's 10-20 business days. We are a small store shipping out of an apartment, so please be patient 😃

We don't currently have a return policy.

However, if you have any issues with the product upon delivery we'll be happy to issue a refund or a replacement pending picture proof.
